Bushman Egg

33. The “Bushmen”  of the Kalahari desert have used ostrich eggs for thousands of years as water containers and continue to do so. This example dates to the middle of the 20th century, maybe as late at the 1970’s and has an amusing engraved depiction of a van to one side.
