Hair-combs

242. Two very rare and incredibly fine combs, both in remarkable condition. The British Museum has an example museum number Af,+.6207 that entered the collections in 1893 they describe as Shona? They appear to made of strips of reed and thin, tin sheet.

6.5cm x 5cm and 5cm x 3.8cm.
