Feather Shoe

75. Sometimes called kurdaitcha shoes by Westerners, these were worn by the kurdaitcha (shaman) when on missions to disguise his footprints. An old label reads “Australia Aborigine Kadaitcha shoe – one of a pair worn for custom killing”
